Ticket Purchases

4.5. Event attendees are responsible for printing or downloading their tickets and bringing them to the event. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Fees
5.0. Currently, the only fees charged are for Stripe Payment processing, which go directly to Stripe. We do not charge any additional service or commission fees for using our website. However, we plan to introduce a fee structure for ticket sales in the future. Details regarding these fees, including their amount and the implementation date, will be communicated well in advance.
5.1. When we begin charging our own fees in addition to Stripe's, we will clearly display the fee amount for every ticket sold through our website, which will vary depending on the event's type.
5.2. Event organizers will be informed of the total fee amount, including Stripe's processing fees, before they upload their event listing.
5.3. Event attendees will also be made aware of the total fee amount, including Stripe's processing fees, before purchasing tickets.
5.4. All service and payment processing fees, once implemented by us in addition to Stripe's fees, will be non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
